Access to Ford Theatres Grounds
Due to renovations, the Ford Theatres facility is currently closed to the public during the off-season. During the season, grounds open for pre-show picnicking two hours prior to performances.  For Saturday morning Big World Fun family events and Monday evening JAM Sessions, gates open one hour prior.

Late Seating
In deference to the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate pause in the program. Also, those who leave the performance may not be re-admitted until an appropriate break or at intermission.

Cellular Phones, et al.
As a courtesy to the artists and your neighbors, please silence all cell phones and noise emitting devices.

Lost and Found
Articles will be held by the house manager until the end of the performance.
Thereafter please contact the Box Office at 323-461-3673.

Photography and Recording
Tag us! @FordTheatres  #LAsFreshest  Snapping photos of yourself and your friends before the show, during intermission and after the show is encouraged. However, for the safety of the artists, NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY during the show.

Professional photography and sound or video recording is prohibited without advance written permission. Offenders may be ejected and liable for damages. To request permission, email communications@arts.lacounty.gov.

Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgement of willingness to appear in photographs, video and film taken in public areas of the Ford Theatres and releases the Ford Theatres, its lessees and all others from liability resulting from use of such images.

Smoking Policy
The Ford Theatres is a smoke free facility situated in a County regional park. Due to the hazard of brush fires, smoking is no longer permitted anywhere on the grounds, including the parking lots. Smoking is permitted on the sidewalk along Cahuenga Blvd., once completely off of County property. We appreciate your cooperation.
