Winter Season Concessions

The Ford grounds open one-hour before [Inside] the Ford performances to give patrons a chance to relax, dine or mingle. Patrons are invited to bring items for pre-show picnicking; beverages and light concessions are available for purchase on-site before the show and during intermission.  Please note that only bottled water is permitted inside the theatre.

Summer Season Concessions

Picnicking

The Ford grounds open one-hour before Saturday morning Big!World!Fun! family events as well as Monday evening J.A.M. Sessions.  For all other events of the Ford Amphitheatre's Summer Season, the grounds open for pre-show picnicking two-hours prior to the performance. Concessions are available on-site by cash or credit card or you can bring your own food and beverage (wine/beer is permitted) for pre-show picnicking in the terraced entryway or snacking in your seat during the performance.  Also available are prepared meals and catering options.  Please note that that there are no tables in the amphitheatre and that all picnic coolers, baskets, etc. need to be small enough to fit under your seat so as not to block any walkways.

Become a Friend of the Ford at the $150 level and get the benefit of reserving picnic tables for the shows of your choice. Reservations can be made by calling (323) 769-2147 or emailing boxoffice@arts.lacounty.gov.

Value Meals & Box Dinners

NEW FOR 2011! Save time and money on sandwich or cold salad plates by pre-ordering! Value Meals cost only $11.00 when ordered in advance and include a fruit cup and bottled water or small soda. Click here for list of options.

Box Dinners range in price from $20.00 to $33.00 and include a gourmet entree item as well as a fruit and cheese plate and your choice of dessert.  Click here for menu and prices.

Pre-order your dinners by calling the Box Office at (323) 461-3673.  *Orders must be received at least three days prior to the performance you are attending.  Your pre-ordered Box Dinners and Value Meals, prepared by Crumble Catering, will be available the day of show when gates open for pickup from the 3rd floor amphitheatre-level concessions.
