Ford Theatre Foundation

The Ford Theatre Foundation, founded by the Los Angeles County Board  of Supervisors in 1994, is a non-profit organization that supports performing arts and outreach activites presented at the historic John Anson Ford Theatres complex.

In addition to raising funds to support activities of the Ford Theatres, the Foundation directly produces several programs, including Community Bridges, the Big!World!Fun! Family Series and J.A.M. Sessions; and co-produces the [Inside] the Ford season.

The Ford Theatre Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors which provides general oversight and leadership. The Ford Theatre Foundation accomplishes its work with a staff of four responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s daily operations and programs and also works in close partnership with Los Angeles County. In addition, consultants, interns and artists provide services to the Foundation on a project or seasonal basis.
