No Good Deed is a gritty and savagely humorous action adventure that is part theater and part graphic novel. Dámaso Rodriguez directs the world premiere of Furious Theatre Company resident playwright Matt Pelfrey’s bold exploration of the way junk news and media hype thwart the best efforts of real life heroes.

No good deed goes unpunished when teen illustrator Josh Jaxon (Nick Cernoch) helps a fellow classmate. When his newfound celebrity brings more trouble than it's worth, Josh sinks deeper into the comic book world, transforming himself into Hellbound Hero in an epic battle of good vs. evil.

The play also stars Shawn Lee, Dana Kelly, Jr., Johanna McKay, Robert Pescovitz, Katie Marie Davies, Danny Lacy and Stefanie Demetriades. Original graphic illustrations by Ben Matsuya; scenic design by John Iacovelli; lighting design by Dan Weingarten; video projection design by Jason Thompson; sound and composition by Doug Newell; costumes by Christy Hauptman; fight choreography by Brian Danner.
