As part of the City of Los Angeles CLASS Parks Youth Employment Internship Program (YEIP), teens assist at the Ford by ushering and providing other patron services. Besides the opportunity to develop job skills, through this program teens also get a behind the scenes look at theatre operations, have an opportunity to see performances representing a cross-section of Los Angeles' arts and cultural scene, and receive a stipend at the end of the summer for their work.
